Oily Skin
Oily skin is obviously very common around teenage years. Hormones, blah blah. But it also means you may have a thick complexion, blackheads and other types of blemishes. Oily skin changes a lot depending on the weather, for example in the Summer your skin might be more oilier because of the hot weather. Where as in the winter you may notice less oils on your skin.
Managing oily skin is super easy! Like any skin type, You just have to get it right! Experiment with products and find things that work for you, eventually you will get into grips with how to treat your skin. It's important you wash your skin no more than twice a day, I suggest morning and evening, it will help clear your pores and keep your skin clean! If you want to use a cleanser try ones specifically for oily skin, don't scrub. Anything with Tea Tree in works well on most skin types and should have the same effect on oily skin. I recommend The Body Shop Tea Tree Foaming Cleanser my friend has been using this and she said it really improved her oily skin after just a few uses! I think this would work on all skin types and its affordable as well at just £5.
Makeup wise a powder is v. useful for setting foundation on oily skin. You can also use blotting tissues before hand just to be free of the excess oil, you can get these from most drugstores and they are really affordable! A decent powder will act over the oils on your skin and will prevent you noticing them as long as you touch up! Anything mattifying should work nicely as it creates obviously a "matte" layer which will be longer lasting. Stay Matte is a great powder, if you haven't heard of that already, where have you been!? I also recommend products which are not water or cream based, they can be quite slippery on your skin especially combined with the oils, try and avoid these products and stick to loose powder or powder based makeup.
Sensitive Skin
Sensitive skins are only effected by particular products. Find out what triggers your skin and simply avoid anything with that substance in! You may notice redness, rashes, dryness and itching which is horrible, it's important you start to notice what's doing this to your skin, keep away from it!! And you should be fine. If things get worse see your Doctor and they will tell you everything you need to know.
